The prints
Every print is made to order on professional archival paper, so what arrives is built to last a lifetime on the wall. Framed prints use a simple black or white frame with glass, assembled by hand before dispatch.
Shipping and timeframes
Unframed prints ship within 3 to 5 working days. Framed prints are made to order and ship within 5 to 10 working days. Everything is packaged carefully to protect the print, and framed work travels with extra protection for the glass. Orders ship from Aotearoa New Zealand; you will get a note when your order is on the move. If additional freight is required, you will be notified by email before your order is processed.
Returns and damage
Because every print is made to order, sales are final. The exception is damage in transit: if your print arrives damaged, get in touch and a replacement will be arranged.
