Shipping in New Zealand
Shipping is free anywhere in New Zealand, framed or unframed, and is built into the price you see. Every print is made to order on gallery-quality paper, signed, and sent with its certificate of authenticity: allow 5 to 10 working days from ordering to delivery. Unframed prints travel rolled in a rigid tube; framed prints are corner-protected, wrapped and boxed.
International orders
Unframed prints ship worldwide by DHL Express at a flat rate per order, however many prints are in it: Australia NZ$65, USA and Canada NZ$140, everywhere else NZ$95. The rate for your country shows in the cart before you check out. Framed prints are made and delivered within New Zealand; for an overseas order choose the print unframed, ready for a framer near you, or use Ask about international framing in the cart and Phil will reply with options and a quote. Orders delivered outside New Zealand may attract duties or taxes set by your own country; these are not included in the price.
Damaged or faulty prints
Every print is checked by hand before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, or there is a fault with the print or frame, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and a replacement will be printed and sent at no cost to you. A photo of the damage speeds things up. Nothing needs to be posted back unless we ask for it.
Change of mind
Because every print is made to order for your chosen size, frame and mat, change-of-mind returns are not offered. Please use the on-screen preview, and feel free to ask questions before ordering, so the print that arrives is exactly the one you wanted.
Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy under the Act.

- Are prints signed?
- Yes. Every print is signed by Phil and arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity stating the title, size, paper and, for limited editions, the number of your print.
- Do you ship outside New Zealand?

- Can I order a framed print outside New Zealand?
- Framed prints are made and delivered within New Zealand. For an overseas order, choose the print unframed: it arrives rolled in a rigid tube, fits standard frame sizes and is ready for a framer near you. If you would like it framed before it ships, use Ask about international framing in the cart and Phil will reply with options and a quote.
- How long does delivery take?
- Every print is made to order. Allow 5 to 10 working days from ordering to delivery within New Zealand. Overseas orders add courier time: about 5 to 10 days to Australia, 10 to 14 days to the USA and Canada, and 10 to 21 days elsewhere.
- What currency will I be charged in?
- Orders delivered within New Zealand are charged in New Zealand dollars. Australian orders are shown and charged in Australian dollars, and everywhere else in US dollars, at the rate on the day.
- Will I pay import duties or taxes?
- Prices include New Zealand GST. Orders delivered outside New Zealand are zero-rated exports, but may attract duties or taxes set by your own country on arrival. Those are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price.
- How are prints packed?
- Unframed prints travel rolled in a rigid tube. Framed prints are corner-protected, wrapped and boxed. Anything damaged in transit is replaced at no cost.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
- Prints go into production soon after ordering. Reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours and a change of size, frame or address can usually be made.
